We were absolutely thrilled to have collaborated with Happy Brain Education last weekend for the Happy Brain Education x Global Shapers Melbourne Post-School Pathways event. The high schoolers absolutely loved learning to “hack” and Rob got them running around the classroom to figure out how to use policy to improve gender equity in engineering.
This is what our Shapers had to say 💬
“It was inspiring to see so many students passionate about selecting careers that aim to benefit society. I feel more inspired to do more to actively contribute towards empowering the students to achieve best.” — Hamsa Farah
“I was amazed by the level of engagement from our student participants as they all got into it enthusiastically and asked excellent discussion-provoking questions. It was my pleasure to provide them with a taste of what makes computer science so exciting to me and I sincerely hope to have inspired the next generation of budding software engineers!” — Michael Swiatkiwsky
